Amounts add up
Taxable base plus taxes equals total. If it doesn't, the invoice is flagged for review.
Doqly receives your suppliers' invoices, extracts their data, checks everything adds up and gets them ready for your accounting software. The AI runs on our own infrastructure inside the EU — never on an external provider's cloud.
Connect your email once. From then on, every invoice you receive is read, validated and ready to export.
Gmail, Outlook or your own domain's mailbox, in a couple of clicks. You can also upload PDFs by hand. Doqly never deletes anything from your mailbox.
Number, date, supplier, base, VAT and total. No per-supplier templates, and nothing sent outside the EU.
Checks that amounts add up, that the supplier is known and that there are no duplicates. You only review what has anomalies.
CSV ready to import into your accounting software. Direct templates for A3, Sage and ContaPlus coming soon.
Doqly doesn't just read. It checks every document and only alerts you when something doesn't fit.
Taxable base plus taxes equals total. If it doesn't, the invoice is flagged for review.
Instantly know whether it's a regular supplier or one appearing for the first time.
The same invoice forwarded twice doesn't sneak into your books twice.
Detects a missing number, date or supplier before it becomes a problem.
Every invoice has its status, always in words: validated, pending or with an anomaly. You only review what's needed.
The AI that reads your invoices runs on our own infrastructure inside the European Union. They are never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or any other external AI provider — it's a compliance matter, not just a product one.

Yes. The individual plan is only for understanding your own invoices — it doesn't issue invoices or require a tax entity. From €5/month.
No. Doqly exports to CSV, which you can import into your accounting software. Direct exports to A3, Sage and ContaPlus are coming soon.
It reads messages to detect invoices and marks the ones it processes as read. It never deletes anything. It only sends email when you issue an invoice from Doqly: it goes to your customer from your own mailbox. You can revoke access whenever you want.
Forward, validate, export. Doqly handles the paperwork while you run your business.
